Remove a Case Panel
If you've cleaned your computer and it's still running hot then removing a case cover is by far the least expensive solution and it will often give amazing results. Also, removing the cover temporarily will tell you whether your problem is due to lack of airflow in and out of the case or whether you need to install a better heat sink. There are a few precautions you need to think about if you decide to leave the cover off permanently.
